Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

This policy applies to services purchased from Warzone Coaching via https://warzonecoaching.com.
1) No Refunds
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for:
- 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions
- Bootcamp Coaching Sessions
- Group Membership
- Unused time, missed sessions, or change of mind
If you believe you were charged in error, contact requim@warzonecoaching.com.
Clients are responsible for being fully prepared at the start of each coaching session. Any time spent setting up during the session will be counted as part of the scheduled session time and does not qualify for a refund. Refer to the FAQs for details on how to prepare.
2) Rescheduling & Cancellations (Coaching Sessions)
12-hour notice required
You must provide at least 12 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a scheduled coaching session.
Late changes (less than 12 hours)
If you reschedule or cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice, then 1 hour of the 2-hour session is considered used.
3) Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, the session may still end at the scheduled end time. Extending past the scheduled end time is at our discretion.
No-shows
If you do not attend your scheduled session (a “no-show”), the full session is considered used.
4) Monthly Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time.
The current month remains paid (no partial refunds).
